As you move back towards the city you will make your final stop at a little villa where incredible laquerware is produced by a team of local people. Since its inception in 1998, countless numbers of Cambodians have been trained in special art lacquerware.  A visit to lacquer workshop which is tucked away in the shaded garden is a wonderful experience. Here only vegetal lacquer from the sap of local lacquer trees is used. This workshop is not only bringing back the art of lacquer, but bringing back free-thinking and creativity for the Khmer people.
