Tour Summary:

  • Day1: Taprohm, Tanei, Takeo, Angkor Thom, Bayon, Baphuon, Phimean Akas.
  • Day2: Angkor Wat, Preah Khan, Neak poan, tree plantation, sightseeing.

 

DAY 1: TA PROHM / TA NEI / TAKEO / ANGKOR THOM / BAYON (L/D)

8am, Departs from your hotel to visit a jungle temple, Ta Prohm, which is embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees, it is well-known as Tomb Raider filmed inside. Continue to Tanei, another temple in the jungle and it’s inaccessible by car where we can trek and spend around half an hour for this treasure in the forest (it’s very peaceful). Walk along the west gate along the forest till reach the east entrance of Ta Keo temple and enjoy the view from the top.

2:00PM Visit the Victoria Gate of Angkor Thom and move to the Elephant Terrace & the terrace of Leper King, the enclosure of royal palace, Phimean Akas, Baphuon and the impressive Bayon temple. Return back to the city, the tour ends at the hotel around 5:00 PM. In the evening, dinner at local restaurant with Apsara Traditional Performance.

DAY 2: ANGKOR WAT / PREAH KHAN/ NEAK PEAN / TREE PLANTING (L)

8am departs from your hotel to visit Angkor Wat, the most incredible temple and the largest religious site in the world. Continue to Preah Khan, the ancient Buddhist University. Move Neak Pean, the island temple in the ancient reservoir.

2:00pm: Visit rural village to find out the poorest families to plant the tree for them. This is unforgettable memory for you that you can re-visit Cambodia in order to see trees grown by your own hands. You would also encourage other tourists and local be aware, to join planting the trees so you are not only visiting Angkor but also contribute to protecting the environment and reducing climate change, global warming and other natural disasters.

Return back to the city, the tour ends at the hotel around 5:00pm. End of service!
